All orders will be mailed via USPS First Class Mail or UPS for a flat rate of $7.00. Orders over $175 will be shipped for free. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS or UPS.
Once an order is in the hands of USPS or UPS, they are responsible for missing, lost, or damaged packages. The Posh Piglet is not responsible for missing or lost packages. We are also not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address once it is in the hands of USPS or UPS.

For USPS claims: Customers can contact the USPS Customer Service line (1-800-275-877700 to file a claim on a stalled, damaged, or missing package. Customers can also use the Online Claims Tool on USPS.com, which is the fastest method. Claims must be filed within specific timeframes (e.g., for Priority Mail, usually 15-60 days) and require tracking numbers, proof of value (receipts), and photos of damaged items.
File UPS claims: Initiate the process within 60 days of scheduled delivery for lost/damaged packages or missing C.O.D. payments on the UPS claim site using the tracking number, providing detailed descriptions, and uploading photos for damage. Resolutions typically take 8–10 business days.
